Q: How does the system deliver content to the WHO web pages?

A: Delivery of content is managed by eZ Publish with a configurable cache framework with several levels of caching including internal cache, partial page cache, view/page cache, reverse proxy and CDN caching integrations with purging. This ensures high performing delivery and possibility to configure for personalized environments. eZ Publish supports clustering natively which enables running in a load balanced and fail-over environment.
