extract_right

Summary

Returns a portion of the end of the input string.

Usage

input|extract_right( length )

Parameters

Returns

A string containing a chunk of the input string.

Description

This operator extracts a portion from the end of the input string. The "length" parameter must be used to define the length (number of characters) of the portion.

Examples

{"Gooooood morning Vietnam!"|extract_right( 8 )}

The following output will be produced: "Vietnam!".
