The PlatformUI bundle provides a web application to manage your content and administrate your eZ Platform instance. It is shipped and set up by default together with eZ Platform. To run PlatformUI, you just have to open http://[uri_of_platform]/ez in your favorite browser. You should then see the login form and after logging in, you'll be able to start managing your content.
