The Dashboard tab

Upon a successful login to the eZ Publish Administration interface you are presented with your new, personal interface. The Dashboard is a new interface containing information pertaining to the user currently logged in. In the Dashboard you will get an overview of all pending items, drafts and latest contents you have been working on. You will also get information about which version of the system you are running on.

Furthermore you have access to interfaces where you can edit your passwords, set up the system for collaboration, edit your profile, manage your drafts, manage your notification settings for email notification, manage your pending items, and get a full view of the site structure of the web-site you are working in.

When you log on to the system, you will be presented with The Dashboard screen:

The Dashboard will give you access to the following interfaces or information. Please find more information in separate chapters:

  • Pending items
  • My drafts
  • Software updates and maintenance
  • My latest contents
  • Collaboration
  • Edit profile
  • Bookmarks
  • My drafts
  • My notification settings
  • My pending items
  • Site structure

Note: Please note that the system will start up where you last exited the Administration interface.
