Direct upgrading to 4.5 from 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3

Please note that there are various documentation options for the direct upgrading to eZ Publish 4.5. There are 3 separate upgrade kits containing the information for upgrading from versions 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 to 4.5 of eZ Publish.
