Direct upgrading to 4.6 from 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4

Please note that there are various documentation options for the direct upgrading to eZ Publish 4.6. There are 4 separate upgrade kits containing the information for upgrading from versions 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 to 4.6 of eZ Publish.
